These are the shifts for the PINELAND BAPTIST CHURCH REGISTRAR - Please read this brief job description first, then scroll down to see the available shifts.

IMPORTANT: The start time of the shift is the time you are expected to arrive at the venue - setup time has already been built into the schedule.
In addition, this year there is only 30 minutes between the end of the morning session and the beginning of the afternoon session, so if you're volunteering for both, you may want to consider bringing a lunch.

You will sit at the front desk, checking in the festival participants and taking payment for audience members. 
You will also sell Festival Programmes to those who wish to purchase them.
If on the morning shift, you will be responsible for set-up at the venue for the day - time has been built into the schedule for this purpose. 
You will also be responsible for securing the cash box at the end of your shift in the designated location (see printed instructions).
If you are on the last shift of the day, you will be responsible for packing up all of the supplies for the day and securing the cash box. 
Furthermore, if the Secretary does not show up for your shift, you will be responsible for contacting the designated back-up volunteer and/or Volunteer Coordinator and/or Festival Coordinator to resolve the issue.

Click the "sign up" link to the left of the shift you want - a pop-up window will appear, for which you can drag the corners or sides to make larger if you wish.  Fill in all fields that are not greyed-out.  Mandatory fields are indicated with an asterisk.
If you wish to sign up for multiple shifts, you can do so easily by keeping the main shift selection window open - after completing the sign-up process for your first shift, just click the "sign up" link for the next shift you'd like to work.  The system will load your information into the pop-up window for you (remembers it from your first sign-up) and all you'll need to do is to scroll down and click on the "Sign Up" box at the bottom of the pop-up window.

NOTE: Your shift is not confirmed until after your application is reviewed by the Volunteer Coordinator. If your PVSC is more than one year old but less than five (5) years old, you must complete an Offence Declaration form - available HERE.

The personal information collected from volunteers will only be used for the purposes of the Rotary Burlington Music Festival, and will not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it is collected without the consent of the individual to whom the information relates or as required by law.
